Turn your pavilion into fun for all ages with our Boardwalk Carnival Theme. A sampling of items that can be included: Carnival Booths with prizes, Video Arcade Booth, Spin Art, Krazy Kandy, 50 foot Giant Inflatable Slide, Trackless Train Ride, Dunk Tank, Temporary Tattoo Booth, Duck Pond, Clowns, Balloon Decorating, Face Painters and a RagTime Band. Full-Size Rides also available! All of this fun complimented by Boardwalk Carnival “Fun Foods” such as: Freshly Popped Popcorn Carts, Snow Cone Stations, Cotton Candy Bars, Waffle & Ice Cream Sandwiches, Stadium-Style Hot Pretzels, Funnel Cakes, Cheese Steaks, Nachos with Cheese and Salsa.

WESTERN HOE-DOWN
Invite your guests to a Hoedown here at Forest Lodge. The menu is designed for even the heartiest cowboy ’s appetite with a Roast Steamship Round on a Spit, Marinated BBQ Chicken, Taco Bar with all the trimmings, Nachos with Salsa and Cheese, Chili, Chicken or Beef Fajitas Station with Sautéed Peppers & Onions, BBQ Ribs (Pork) and Bean and Beef Burritos. With a Country Western Band and Costumed Characters of Cowboys and Cowgirls and includes decorations & props such as 6’ Cactus, Bales of Hay, Saddles, Saddle Blankets, Lanterns, Vulture, and Dry Gulch Sign. You’ll be all set for the show down in front of the Forest Lodge Saloon.

ROLL THE DICE AROUND THE WORLD
Feel like you’ve traveled to Las Vegas, AC, Monte Carlo and taken a Riverboat Casino Cruise all in one day here at Forest Lodge. Your adventure starts with a visit to the Black Jack tables in Atlantic City after you lunched on the Grand Buffet, don’t worry about the kids – they’ll be busy playing boardwalk games and munching on Salt Water Taffy! Join the “movie stars” and famous crowd as they try their luck at the roulette tables while sipping champagne. Your children will enjoy the “Grand Prix” race track here. Perhaps your prefer glitz over glamour, be dazzled by Las Vegas lights and try some Texas Hold ‘em before you see the show girls in today’s production on stage! Wind down your day with a Riverboat Gambling Cruise, complete with Craps Tables, Jambalaya and a Dixieland band!

"50's" - TIMES OF OUR LIVES
Venture back to the time where you did not lock your doors at night, there were no metal detectors in airports and no seatbelts in cars. Come back to the time where the pace of everyday life was so much slower…come back to the 50’s! Entering the “Times of our Lives” your first stop should be the “Ticket Booth” under the Custom Marquis to sign up for the Dance and or Karaoke Contests. Greeted by the sounds of the 50’s – jump right in to the magic of this era and join in on the dancing with the “Sock Hop girls, just listen in or sing along with the enchanting music of such greats as Elvis, The Platters Little Richard and Chuck Berry! Get “Ed Sullivan’s” autograph on your way to the Ice Cream Soda Shoppe, or stop pick a song on the juke box. Record your own CD at the Rocking Recording Booth and take it with you as a memento of your day! The Fifties were …the times of our lives!

AMERICAN REGIONAL
Invite your guests to appreciate America “Sea to Shining Sea.” In addition to the traditional American BBQ, enjoy a New England feast with a Traditional Lobster Bake, Vegetarians and non will love the Jersey Fresh Vegetables at the East Coast/Metropolitan Station. Perhaps your tastes run towards a Southwestern BBQ – try out the Grill Station with Beef Short Ribs and Cowboy Steaks or specialties form the Deep South like a Louisiana Cajun Chicken Sandwich. Pacific. Coast Fare includes a great Imperial Valley Salad Bar Station featuring mixed greens and baby vegetables.
